Who should take this course:

• You are thinking of working in law firm or law office.

• You have studied law, but want specifically to know about the rules governing Part I and Part II and Part III matters, strategic defenses, disclosures, set dates, motions, trial, Youth Defendants, sentencing provisions, pre-sentence report, relief from min. penalties, costs and surcharges, custodial and probation sentences, fine enforcement, Appeals under part I, II and III, Charter applications, case law, and much more. 

  Various acts that will be examined during this course are: Highway Traffic Act, Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act, Environmental Protection Act, Conservation Authority, Liquor License Act, TTC By-Laws and more.

• You are an exisiting lawyer, paralegal, prosecutor, government or insurance company employee, legal assistant or a law clerk wishing to brush upon your current Statutory Accident Benefits skills or expand your skill set & knowledge to assist current or potential clients in the area of Provinal Offences Laws.
